Biography

Charina Koraksic, a self-taught oil pastel artist, has nurtured her creative spirit since childhood. Raised amidst the serene landscapes of rural Nova Scotia, she developed a profound appreciation for Canada's vast natural beauty. Despite relocating to Toronto in 2004 to pursue nursing, Charina never ceased to express herself through her pastel paintings. Settling in Burlington, Ontario, after finding her soulmate and welcoming two young boys into her life, she continued to pursue her passion for art. In 2022, Charina took the bold step of sharing her artwork with the public through local exhibitions and online platforms. Her work has garnered significant interest and opportunities, marking a promising trajectory for her artistic journey.
